Every published version of the DepthGaze legal documents, what changed in each, and which app release first asked users to accept it.
Publishing and binding are different moments. Updating a document on this site does not change what any installed app has asked you to accept. You are re-prompted only when an app release ships carrying the newer version — that release is named in the last column.
The Terms and the Privacy Policy are accepted together by a single in-app confirmation, but they are versioned separately because they have not always changed together. A Privacy Policy at a lower version number than the Terms is not out of date; it simply has not needed to change as often.

Current published versions are fingerprinted with a SHA-256 of the exact file, checked automatically so a document cannot change without its version changing. Versions published before 26 August 2026 predate that check; for those, the repository history is the record. Dated PDFs of published versions are archived alongside the site.
